While a private passport expediter can help you to get the passport quickly you should be aware that in most cases you will not be able to get the refund for the additional money that you are going to be spending for the private group�s services. Refunds can be given in some events, including delays from incomplete applications, delays caused by an overnight shipping group or delays from the State Department for any particular reason. While passport expediter service is convenient you may not always get the service in the time that you asked for it.
